European removals

These are normally carried out in our own vans by our own crews, we have departures for France and Switzerland on a weekly basis and fortnightly to Germany and the Benelux countries, all other European countries are regularly serviced.If we are unable to service your particular destination in the time required we have access to the other 40 Britannia member’s vehicles which is one of the major benefits of using a Britannia member for your move.

International removals

We are able to ship consignments of any size from 1 box to a complete home. Larger shipments are export wrapped at your home and then loaded directly into a shipping container which then goes directly to the port for shipment on the next available vessel.

Smaller consignments will be export wrapped, collected and delivered to our Britannia Movers International consolidation depot in Croydon where consignments are shipped on the next available groupage container to their destination.

Need Storage?

At Britannia Beckwith of Sussex we like to keep everything simple, our quotations are clear and concise and all inclusive. This principal applies to our storage service.Your household effects are loaded at your home into a storage container and then fork lifted off the van and stored in our warehouse, a modern building, which we acquired in February 2012 and undoubtedly the best household storage facility in Sussex, where they will remain untouched until you require delivery. They will then be loaded on to the van for delivery to your new home. Simple!

Our warehouse stands in its own compound, our offices are attached and as you would expect it is fully alarmed – most importantly it is dry and therefore suitable for both long and short term storage.
